It's that time of year again... Halloween and since I've watched so much of Batman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures and Gotham Girls... I wanted to make a Halloween picture related to the Batman rouges... here's the people costumed in the picture, returning and NEW friends...

Hope you enjoy it, everyone and have a good Halloween! Made with Flash CS6... took 5 hours to make... I originally drew Jetgoshi as Batman but decided to scrap it for it's a VILLAINS picture... I did a mix of Batman TAS and TNBA on some characters but that's the way it should be... did an insane amount revisions of this to make it all right
